The instructors, both in their thirties, provided essential advice on recognizing emergency situations, including critical contact information and listening frequencies for radio communication.

The two-hour session primarily concentrated on practical measures, recommending that citizens stock essential food supplies and equipment at home. Participants were also encouraged to cultivate their gardens or utilize balcony space for growing food, responding to Sweden's notable reliance on imported goods, with the nation currently depending on foreign sources for approximately 50% of its food supply.

In Sweden, discussions about the potential for armed conflict are omnipresent, despite the government officially maintaining that the country is not at war.
